How vertical mill machine operate?
1. Start up vertical mill machine

2. Turn on main switch

3. Start air compressor, adjust air pressure of oil-water filter to 0.6-0.7 Pa.

4. Turn on bag filter pulse controller, adjust the pulse frequency to one spray every 4-5 seconds, adjust pulse width to 0.5-0.8 seconds (pulse controller was set before delivery)

5. Switch on bucket elevator

6. Start up crusher

7. Feed materials to the crusher till enough crushed materials are sent to the hopper, and then start the classifier. (The rotation speed is subject to the finished fineness required by customers. Usually, 100 r.m.p similar corresponds to 100meshes; please see the following adjusting method of VVVF/VFD)
