Vertical mill fault one: a powder or a little lower productivity

The cause of the problem: (1) the lock powder has not adjust good, untight seal, powder breath. (2) the cutter wear, material can't afford to shovel.

Elimination method: (1) check and adjust powder is locked, find a flat place should be the shovel. (2) new shovel.

Raymond mill fault 2: finished FenZi too thick, or carefully

The cause of the problem: (1) analysis of machine blade wear, not hierarchical role. (2) the fan air volume is not appropriate.

Method: (1) the replacement blades long right down into the fan air volume to solve too thick. (2) refined classification should improve the import volume

Raymond mill fault 3: the host current rise and fan current decline

The cause of the problem: (1) feeding too much, air duct was powder jam, exhaust pipe, circulating air heating main current, high temperature rise of the machine, fan current decline.

Method: (1) reduce the feed rate, clean air duct of accumulated powder.
