Work process

The whole structure of bentonite powder mill is composed of main engine, analyzer, pipeline device, blower, and can be equipped with crusher, hoist, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control motor, etc. according to user needs. After the material is crushed to the required particle size, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then the material is evenly and continuously sent into the grinding chamber of the main machine through the vibrating feeder. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and is pressed tightly. 


In the grinding ring, the shovel scoops up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and achieves the purpose of crushing due to the rolling of the grinding roller. The fine powder after grinding is brought into the analyzer with the circulating air of the blower for sorting, and the over-fine material falls back for regrinding, and the qualified fine powder enters the finished cyclone powder collector along with the airflow, and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe. That is the finished product.

In the grinding chamber, because there is a certain amount of moisture in the material to be ground, heat is generated during grinding, and the water vapor evaporates, and the joints of the pipelines of the whole machine are not tight, and the external air is sucked in, which increases the circulating air pressure and ensures that the mill works under negative pressure. , The increased air flow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air pipe, and then discharged into the atmosphere after being purified.
